I am here. I had some odd airport experiences, but I got here safe and sound. I met up with 2 other voluteers at JFK, so at least I had company throughout our gate changes and waiting and waiting and waiting. Most of the volunteers have arrived by now and we are sitting around discussing what weekend trips we want to take and waiting for dinner.
The house is spacious, but I am sharing a room with 3 other girls--1 Canadian and 2 British girls. We have now eaten dinner and I think we're going to try to watch a dvd. The rest of the volunteers will be trickling in throughout the evening and I imagine most of us will go to bed soon. We have our orientation tomorrow so I'm sure I'll have more interesting things to say soon--and after I get some sleep.

Yay that you finally made it!! Hopefully you get more closet space soon! Post pics of your house!
